OEM Production
Original Equipment Manufacturing in Vietnam allows brands to develop products to their own specifications using Vietnamese manufacturing expertise. We coordinate the full OEM process: brief interpretation, technical alignment, sampling rounds, approval and production oversight through to final inspection.
ODM Production
For brands seeking a more streamlined path to market, we coordinate ODM production using existing designs developed with trusted makers. These pieces have been reviewed, refined and prepared for efficient manufacturing. Clients can adapt finishes, materials and dimensions within defined parameters.
Private Label & Collection Development
We support brands building private-label furniture and home collections — from initial category direction through to production-ready ranges. Sampling Coordination
Sampling is one of the most critical and frequently mismanaged stages of furniture production. We coordinate sampling with full technical oversight: reviewing dimensions, materials, finishes and construction against the agreed brief. We manage revision rounds and communicate clearly between client and manufacturer until approval is reached.
Manufacturing Oversight
Once production begins, we remain actively involved. This includes monitoring factory timelines, reviewing materials at the workshop, managing communication between client and manufacturer and identifying issues before they affect the final output. We do not hand over a brief and step back.
Quality Coordination
Quality oversight begins during factory selection and technical alignment — not only at final inspection. We review materials, finishes and construction at each stage of production. Where third-party inspection is required, we coordinate and brief the inspection team to ensure the review reflects the agreed specifications.
Export Preparation
We support packaging alignment, shipment preparation and export documentation coordination. This includes working with freight and customs partners to ensure the production is correctly prepared for international shipment. We provide structure and clarity at the handover stage so that delivery is predictable.

The client selects from a curated set of ready-to-produce designs developed with trusted makers. Finishes, materials and dimensions can be adapted within defined parameters. This approach reduces development time and sampling rounds while maintaining quality standards.
Both pathways are managed with the same level of technical involvement, sampling oversight and production monitoring. The distinction is in the starting point — not in the standard of execution.
